I’ve been playing MTG for quite some time, on and off. I got my first starter deck WAY back in Unlimited… boy I do miss those starter decks. Magic was much different than it has become… but still just as enjoyable.
I remember first playing against a deck with Millstone. It walloped me. That was back in the day when I believed the big green creatures and red burn were the way to go. The good ol’ Channel Fireball combo… if that wasn’t enough Fork it… and Fork it again… But after playing that Millstone deck… mill has become my favorite strategy in Magic.
With the creation of these great rogues in the recent sets, combined with some of the greats already in modern… I’ve come up with this deck here. Presently my favorite mill deck to play in modern. With lots of creatures, it stands out from other mill decks for this very reason. Mill decks tend to be light on creatures and defense. This deck has plenty of offense and defense… and once things get rolling, you’ll be milling your opponents deck with everything you do.
